Description

  • Lead Fit-to-Template workshops and align business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end ePPDS and PP processes through Show-and-Tell workshops and solution walkthroughs.
  • Configure and support ePPDS and PP functionality for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution.
  • Identify process gaps, assess business impacts, and recommend solution approaches.
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Support integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules.
  • Coordinate testing, including ITC, SIT, and UAT, and provide defect resolution during testing and hypercare.
  • Support data migration through cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • Create documentation and training materials, conduct knowledge transfer, and provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation project experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience facilitating Fit-to-Standard or Fit-to-Template workshops.
  • Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience, and communication skills.
  • Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information to varied audiences.
  • C2 proficiency in the country’s official language(s) and English.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related work.
  • Primary skill: SAP S/4HANA ePPDS; secondary skill: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
