Description

  • Build AcuityMD’s Value Consulting capability, including value methodology, discovery frameworks, ROI and TCO models, executive business cases, and self-service field tools.
  • Support strategic deals, renewals, and executive business reviews requiring deeper value analysis.
  • Consolidate existing ROI calculators, value templates, and the Care Journeys ROI Calculator into a scalable value framework.
  • Develop a benchmark library and value proof materials linked to validated customer success stories.
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions for account executives and customer success managers.
  • Own core go-to-market and revenue operations strategy and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Create processes, tools, and playbooks that improve commercial efficiency and support credible value conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience building value or ROI frameworks, business cases, or economic value assessments for enterprise buyers.
  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage CFOs and other economic buyers.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, value consulting, or solutions engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, MedTech dynamics, or building value consulting functions is preferred; an MBA or quantitative advanced degree is also a plus.
  • Eligible U.S. work permit required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $175,000–$215,000, plus equity and benefits.
  • Fully remote work across the U.S. with a work-from-home stipend.
