Description

  • Serve as the primary technical partner to systems integrators and technology partners to position, demo, and deliver Netomi solutions.
  • Develop and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to increase technical readiness and adoption.
  • Advise partner technical teams on architecture, integrations, and deployment.
  • Lead technical sales cycles through solution design, demos, and hands-on proof-of-concepts with Sales, Alliances, and the Field CTO.
  • Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
  • Ensure smooth technical handoff to Customer Success and Delivery teams.
  • Design scalable enterprise architectures using APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Build and maintain repeatable technical assets such as demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, and playbooks.
  • Represent Netomi in customer and partner engagements as a technical expert and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building real-world solutions or proof-of-concepts.
  • Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environments.
  • Experience creating repeatable technical assets and handing off work smoothly to Customer Success and delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience working with partners and systems integrators in co-sell motions.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML or LLM-based systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design and integrations.
