Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products and related workflows.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process to ensure agreed standards and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate product and model outputs to identify areas where accuracy improvements are needed.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.
  • Support manual and automation testing activities across the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in software testing or SDET roles.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing, automation testing, test planning, test case preparation, and test execution.
  • Experience in API testing and scripting languages such as Java or Python.
  • Hands-on experience implementing test automation frameworks in enterprise software environments.
  • Experience with open-source testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and load testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
