Description

  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches for client challenges.
  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end estimation process with Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and resource accuracy.
  • Own the technical narrative in inbound sales proposals and align it with delivery capabilities.
  • Guide the cross-functional presales process as the primary technical point of contact before project kickoff.
  • Partner with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers to align solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and formal handover before project kickoff.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Fluent English and Polish at a minimum C1 level.
  • Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
  • 4-7 years of IT industry experience, especially in software agencies, professional services, or consulting companies.
  • Experience across the full sales cycle, including discovery workshops, technical proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical frameworks and assess feasibility.
  • Proficiency in effort sizing and technical risk identification, including understanding architectural trade-offs.
  • Tech-agnostic mindset with the ability to evaluate and recommend technologies based on client needs.
  • Practical experience collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are realistic and implementable.
  • Experience facilitating discovery workshops with C-level executives and technical stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge of emerging Commerce technologies and solutions is a plus.
  • Cloud certification and/or training is a plus.
