Description

  • Automate DevOps-related tasks and processes to reduce repetitive operational issues.
  • Act as a bridge between development and operations teams by educating and supporting colleagues.
  • Understand client needs and challenges across operations and development.
  • Design and help deliver solutions that meet client technical and business requirements.
  • Respond to development team needs across ongoing projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Manage tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps to support development teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.
  • Very good written and spoken Polish and English at C1 level.
  • Solid experience with Azure.
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes, especially AKS.
  • Solid practice managing and automating CI pipelines with tools such as CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
  • Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.
  • Experience with high-availability and highly scalable environments.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Azure Bicep.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Practice with monitoring and data collection tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK Stack, or Zabbix.
  • Experience at lab level with orchestration tools such as Azure App Service, Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, or minikube.
  • Experience implementing solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.
  • Proactive, security-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet (preferred).
  • Experience with software engineering (preferred).
  • Courage in making decisions (preferred).
  • Experience with virtualization hypervisors such as VMware or Proxmox (preferred).
  • Network knowledge at L2 and L3 levels (preferred).
  • Azure Administrator Associate certification or higher (preferred).
