Description

  • Manage project budget, scope, timeline, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Work directly with external clients to build long-term relationships and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate the development of design and software solutions and own overall project success.
  • Motivate, support, and guide the project team throughout delivery.
  • Create or facilitate user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when needed.
  • Monitor delivery quality and look for improvements to current processes and outcomes.
  • Handle unpredictable situations and develop effective solutions when challenges arise.
  • Collaborate with developers, product designers, and QA specialists to ensure smooth communication.
  • Use Scrum and Agile practices to support project execution and coordination.

Requirements

  • At least 2.5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or similar tools.
  • Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
  • Ability to understand client needs across different business models and help choose appropriate solutions.
  • Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ level.
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish at C2 level.
  • Experience in presales activities, including identifying client needs and crafting offers, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience and domain knowledge in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Product Owner experience is a plus.
  • Experience running courses, workshops, or presentations is a plus.
  • Experience in risk management and report creation is a plus.
