Description

  • Coordinate a portfolio of multiple projects and accounts in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain revenue and grow existing business by nurturing client relationships.
  • Support project teams and help bring new project teams up to speed.
  • Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment, delivery, sales, and clients.
  • Keep internal data accurate and up to date, including invoices and budget information.
  • Work with the team to drive account growth.
  • Monitor projects for risks and blockers and help ensure smooth delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and maintain a professional standard across responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Client-facing work experience, preferably in IT.
  • Willingness to expand account management skills and business acumen.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish at C1 level or higher.
  • Flawless communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with developers and clients.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and blockers and improve processes.
  • Readiness to challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and time management.
