Description

Serve as the technical point of reference for the squad and broader engineering team.
Lead design and architectural discussions for systems, frameworks, state management patterns, component architecture, and design systems.
Ensure high standards for architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and code quality.
Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members.
Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features on time.
Contribute to engineering strategy and vision for customer-facing experiences.
Solve complex technical problems and optimize existing systems for scalability and performance.
Mentor and develop engineers, including senior-level team members.
Leverage AI-native tools and approaches to improve development speed, product capabilities, and engineering effectiveness.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience building and evolving complex, high-scale systems and customer-facing applications.
Strong full-stack expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript on the frontend.
Backend experience with JavaScript, Java, and Golang.
Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture environments.
In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectures.
Experience designing high-traffic web applications and scalable distributed services.
Experience regularly mentoring senior-level engineers and driving results.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Make.com, Supabase, Netlify, Claude Code, n8n, Firecrawl, ChatGPT, Grok, Bolt, and Vercel.
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to code and review others’ code.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to build customer-facing solutions that address real customer needs with strong user experiences.
