Description

  • Serve as the technical point of reference for the squad and broader engineering team.
  • Lead design and architectural discussions across systems, including frameworks, state management patterns, component architecture, and design systems.
  • Ensure best practices in architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility are upheld.
  • Review code, advocate for maintainable and scalable code, and raise code quality standards.
  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver features on time.
  • Contribute to engineering strategy and vision for customer-facing experiences.
  • Solve complex technical problems and optimize systems for scalability and performance.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, including senior-level team members.
  • Leverage AI-native tools and approaches to improve development speed, product capabilities, and engineering effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience building and evolving complex, high-scale systems and customer-facing applications.
  • Strong full-stack expertise.
  • Frontend experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Backend experience with JavaScript, Java, and Golang.
  • Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectures.
  • Experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Make.com, Supabase, Netlify, Claude Code, n8n, Firecrawl, ChatGPT, Grok, Bolt, and Vercel.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing high-traffic web applications and scalable distributed services.
  • Strong mentoring experience with senior-level engineers and a willingness to code and review others' code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to implement customer-facing solutions that solve real customer needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
