Description

  • Write performant, maintainable, and well-documented code for web applications.
  • Build and deploy large-scale web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Develop automated tests to validate code correctness and reliability.
  • Own code end-to-end through development, deployment, operations, and on-call support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver responsive, user-focused interfaces and features.
  • Work iteratively to improve quality, accessibility, performance, and overall product experience.
  • Contribute to AI-integrated product development and ship solutions using AI-native workflows and tools.
  • Work independently and effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with a core object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.
  • Experience with deployment systems such as GitHub Actions or AWS CodeDeploy.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as RDS, Lambda, and EC2.
  • Familiarity with Linux and command-line tools.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience developing websites with high daily traffic.
  • Experience improving SEO performance.
  • Experience with AI-native tools that improve productivity and speed, such as Cursor, Make, Supabase, Netlify, Claude Code, n8n, Firecrawl, ChatGPT, Grok, Bolt, Vercel, or similar tools.
  • Computer Science or related degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies as needed.
  • Familiarity with backend services and technologies is a plus.
