Description

  • Conduct meaningful needs-assessment conversations with prospective families and students.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on each client’s educational needs.
  • Build trust through consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends, as well as required training hours.
  • Complete a 6-week paid virtual training program focused on educational consulting and sales excellence.
  • Maintain full ownership of assigned work and follow through on outcomes in a remote environment.
  • Collaborate with the company’s learning and sales process to help families achieve academic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work all 6 weeks of training hours and the permanent post-training split-shift schedule.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Educational experience working directly with students and parents.
  • Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling.
  • Career progression showing increased responsibility and leadership is preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
