Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital marketing performance and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze website and marketing performance using analytics and behavioral data to understand user behavior and site outcomes.
  • Translate marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve traffic, engagement, and conversion results.
  • Evaluate the impact of website launches, redesigns, and page updates on performance.
  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities across site speed, page structure, content, and user experience.
  • Recommend experiments and optimizations to improve user journeys and marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing Operations, SEO/AEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization teams.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build trusted client relationships through thoughtful, data-backed guidance.
  • Manage strategy and communication across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy.
  • Depth of experience in conversion rate optimization, SEO/AEO, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong experience using GA4, HubSpot, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience analyzing website performance, traffic trends, and conversion behavior.
  • Ability to synthesize marketing data into streamlined documents with insights and recommendations.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong internal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • High focus on on-time delivery and responsiveness internally and externally.
  • Preferred: experience working in agencies such as web design, web development, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Preferred: experience managing multiple client accounts or marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Preferred: experience supporting B2B software and technology companies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar behavioral analytics tools.
  • Preferred: deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
  • Preferred: experience working with Webflow or modern CMS platforms.
