Description

  • Own end-to-end marketing project delivery across multiple client accounts.
  • Convert client requests and strategy into tracked deliverables and maintain the master task registry in Asana or ClickUp.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution and ensure deadlines are met without repeated reminders.
  • Brief contractors and vendors clearly, track their deliverables, and escalate missed deadlines or silence the same day.
  • Identify risks early and escalate client-facing issues, blockers, and scope creep to leadership or project managers within 48 hours.
  • Join client calls on time, prepared, and ready to drive marketing conversations.
  • Own your workstreams, answer questions directly, and commit to follow-up timelines when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, account leads, and leadership to surface blockers and adapt processes.
  • Push back constructively on vendors, timelines, or scope when necessary.
  • Create clear briefs, tickets, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in an agency or client-services environment.
  • Proven experience building and managing digital marketing project management systems such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
  • Deep proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, and website performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, website testing, or demand generation.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear briefs, tickets, and project documentation.
  • Demonstrated independent ownership and the ability to work autonomously without close management.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to escalate concerns early and communicate directly with senior leaders.
  • Willingness to ask for help strategically and solve problems collaboratively.
