Description

Lead the accounting function across multiple hospitality clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and review complex or escalated items.
Support bookkeeping and month-end close processes to maintain accurate financial records.
Build and maintain scalable workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
Train, mentor, and support the accounting team to ensure consistent service quality.
Develop accounting strategies and partner with leadership on team structure and scaling plans.
Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
Troubleshoot accounting and operational issues with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

Experience leading accounting operations for multiple hospitality clients.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
Experience building scalable workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
Experience training, mentoring, and supporting an accounting team.
Ability to oversee bookkeeping and month-end close processes.
Strong communication skills for working with U.S. vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to troubleshoot accounting and operational issues effectively.
Experience partnering with leadership on future team structure and scaling strategies.
Proactive leadership mindset with a focus on financial accuracy and operational improvement.
