Description

  • Design digital experiences using multiple artifacts and coordinate closely with team members and stakeholders.
  • Focus on meeting end-user needs while balancing business and technology constraints.
  • Create site maps, user flows, and content structures.
  • Develop interactive prototypes for digital products.
  • Work with design systems, UI kits, and component-based design approaches.
  • Review development quality and define usability and interaction standards.
  • Contribute to motion design, atomic design, patterns, and reusable components.
  • Use prototyping and interface design tools, especially Figma.
  • Analyze and extract both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in similar roles.
  • Experience creating site maps, flows, or content structures.
  • Experience developing interactive prototypes.
  • Experience working with Design Systems and UI Kits.
  • Experience reviewing DEV quality and defining usability and interactions.
  • Knowledge and practice in motion design, design systems, atomic design, patterns, and digital product components.
  • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and interface design.
  • Strong understanding of digital and hybrid (in-person and digital) platforms and services.
  • Experience analyzing and extracting qualitative and quantitative data.
