Description

  • Conduct user and business research to understand stakeholder needs, project objectives, and target audiences.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
  • Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and application interfaces.
  • Design and refine onboarding journeys and AI feature interactions that are effective, intuitive, and engaging.
  • Adapt designs for different devices and screen sizes while maintaining a strong user experience.
  • Test design concepts with customers through usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterations.
  • Define navigation flows, interaction patterns, and information architecture for seamless user journeys.
  • Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, usability standards, accessibility best practices, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
  • Hands-on experience at tech startups, preferably with a strong focus on UX.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
  • Experience adapting designs for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills for working across different time zones.
  • Experience with UX/UI design trends and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
