Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Experience leading architecture and design on large programs.
  • Enterprise architecture experience.
  • Cloud application technology experience.
  • Industry domain expertise in TMT or SI.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow(s) or CTA/CMA.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independently leverages AI to optimize workflows, tailor customer solutions, and inform strategic decisions.
