Description

  • Handle and follow up on SAP MM/WM support tickets at L2 and L3 levels.
  • Analyze and resolve functional incidents related to warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Provide user support and operational guidance.
  • Participate in testing, validations, and documentation activities.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
  • Support integrated processes involving MM and SD.
  • Track priorities and ensure resolution within agreed response times.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience with SAP WM.
  • Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Experience analyzing errors and performing functional troubleshooting.
  • Experience preparing configurations and functional specifications.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM is preferred.
  • Previous experience in SAP AMS support is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP/debugging is preferred.
  • Experience using ticketing tools or ITIL-based processes is preferred.
