Description

  • Lead cybersecurity projects and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
  • Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure, security, operations, and business functions.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and closure.
  • Define and optimize agile patch management processes.
  • Monitor dependencies between technology architecture components.
  • Identify bottlenecks in end-to-end patching processes, including technical and operational validations.
  • Assess risks related to changes, updates, and remediation activities.
  • Design and execute action plans to mitigate risks and incidents.
  • Track initiative progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Prepare executive reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment among all involved areas.
  • Promote agile management best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Scrum Master.
  • Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
  • Experience working with CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of technology architectures and system dependencies.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation plans.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with tracking, monitoring, and executive reporting.
  • Advanced English level B2/C1 is required.
  • Experience in Vulnerability Management processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Patch Management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
  • Scrum, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in the financial or insurance sectors is preferred.
