Description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of AI initiatives from initial concept through operational adoption.
  • Define and manage project roadmaps, planning, resources, budgets, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance functions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Establish and optimize Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in line with corporate standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business impact and return on investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects or programs.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Conceptual understanding of AI/ML solutions applied to business challenges; deep technical expertise is not required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency in an international business environment.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations such as GDPR, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is preferred.
  • General understanding of cloud ecosystems and enterprise data workflows is preferred.
