Description

  • Participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects focused on payroll processes.
  • Analyze the functional impact of the migration and propose payroll process adjustments.
  • Configure and support payroll, including schemas, calculation rules, time processes, and integration with FI.
  • Review current processes, validate them, and define required adjustments for S/4HANA.
  • Review master data, validate historical records, and ensure consistency between ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Execute and support unit, end-to-end, and UAT payroll testing.
  • Support remediation of payroll objects and reports.
  • Validate interfaces with external systems such as banks, legal entities, or other systems.
  • Manage tests, incidents, and changes using SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
  • Document test scenarios, results, and payroll process risks.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on payroll (PY).
  • Experience participating in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Knowledge of payroll impact analysis and process adaptation.
  • Experience with payroll testing and validation of historical data.
  • Experience using ALM tools such as SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
  • Ability to work with functional and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation in the Dominican Republic, Panama, or Costa Rica (preferred).
  • Experience with payroll localizations and legal compliance in one of these countries (preferred).
  • Strong functional analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify risks and propose preventive solutions.
  • Clear communication with business users and technical teams.
  • Orientation toward compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
