Description

  • Lead configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM Finance projects, including conceptual design, planning, and testing.
  • Create solution blueprints aligned to Stoneridge methodologies and Microsoft or industry best practices.
  • Develop solution estimates and support statements of work in partnership with Technical Architecture and Sales.
  • Collaborate with project management on project scoping, analysis, and estimation.
  • Provide project and team leadership while helping clients adopt new or changed processes and systems.
  • Perform solution architect responsibilities during the analysis phase of D365 F&SCM implementations.
  • Evaluate business processes and user needs to write functional requirements and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, technical architects, and project teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure testing, issue resolution, training, documentation, and post-go-live support are in place.
  • Monitor D365 releases, Microsoft updates, and industry trends, and contribute to methodology improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM Finance architecture and supporting functional modules.
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET/X++, AX 2009/2012, D365 F&SCM Finance, complex integrations/customizations, and Microsoft-hosted environment and release management tools/processes.
  • Experience with construction industry engagements strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of integration architecture and data architecture.
  • Experience with Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated leadership on enterprise-level projects.
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis.
  • Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, or MB-700 are preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
