Description

  • Diseñar y desarrollar modelos predictivos y prescriptivos de alto impacto para decisiones estratégicas del banco.
  • Seleccionar técnicas y variables clave, evitando procesamientos innecesarios y enfocándose en lo realmente relevante.
  • Codificar algoritmos robustos en Python y PySpark con una base matemática sólida.
  • Optimizar las soluciones para garantizar escalabilidad y repetibilidad.
  • Liderar técnicamente al equipo y mentorizar a perfiles junior, asegurando calidad y buenas prácticas.
  • Proponer iniciativas para desbloquear bloqueantes técnicos y de proceso.
  • Participar en roadmaps analíticos, monitoreo y despliegue de modelos junto al equipo de Arquitectura.

Requirements

  • Experiencia en roles de Data Science o Modelado Analítico.
  • Dominio avanzado de Machine Learning, Deep Learning, estadística, econometría, probabilidad y clustering.
  • Manejo sólido de Big Data y SQL/NoSQL.
  • Experiencia con Python y, de forma muy deseable, PySpark.
  • Experiencia con pipelines CI/CD, MLOps y cloud para Big Data.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de CI/CD y calidad de datos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo técnico y comunicación efectiva entre áreas técnicas y de negocio.
  • Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
