Description

  • Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams, partners, customers, and vendors.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, ownership, and execution across long-running infrastructure initiatives.
  • Improve operational and software development processes as the organization scales.
  • Support hardware and software engineering, infrastructure, cloud operations, and customer support coordination.
  • Help develop and maintain deployment automation and validation processes.
  • Ensure sufficient observability across the full systems stack.
  • Assist customers with complex technical issues affecting GPU and CPU capacity utilization.
  • Contribute directly to program execution, technical coordination, documentation, process development, issue investigation, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in major hardware bring-ups and comprehensive system validations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships with engineering teams, business partners, customers, and vendors.
  • Relevant technical knowledge and curiosity about how complex systems work.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing programs with many dependencies, milestones, and stakeholders.
  • Open-minded, creative approach to simplifying or redesigning processes to improve efficiency, execution, or reliability.
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to contribute directly when needed.
  • Experience in cloud computing, high-performance computing, accelerated computing, or large-scale infrastructure is a strong plus.
  • Experience with device drivers, the Linux kernel, virtualization technologies, or firmware development and lifecycle management is a strong plus.
