Description

  • Lead the transition of customer workloads from proof of concept to production.
  • Ensure customer deployments are stable, scalable, and ready for production use.
  • Improve performance, reliability, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in customer environments.
  • Work directly with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical partner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify bottlenecks, and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for production issues and coordinate incident resolution with internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly with customers during high-pressure incidents and production events.
  • Provide best-practice guidance and optimization recommendations.
  • Share structured feedback with Product and Infrastructure teams to improve solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and optimize customer usage over time.

Requirements

  • Experience working with cloud or infrastructure systems.
  • Experience with distributed systems or high-load applications.
  • Understanding of AI/ML workloads such as LLMs and inference is a strong plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance.
  • Experience working directly with technical customers such as engineers or ML teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with GPU workloads or AI infrastructure is an added bonus.
  • Familiarity with inference frameworks such as vLLM or TensorRT is an added bonus.
  • Background in solutions engineering, SRE, or technical support in B2B environments is an added bonus.
