Description

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with accelerators, universities, developer communities, research organisations, and other startup ecosystem partners globally.
  • Act as a trusted Nebius representative to strengthen visibility and adoption among founders, developers, and technical teams.
  • Design and execute scalable startup engagement programs that attract, support, and retain high-growth AI startups.
  • Deliver tailored resources, onboarding support, and ongoing enablement to help startups get value from Nebius’ platform.
  • Plan and run founder meetups, technical workshops, hackathons, and summits across priority markets.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximise event impact, attendance, and community engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to identify, engage, and convert startups into long-term users.
  • Track engagement activity, pipeline development, and program participation across regions.
  • Develop playbooks, onboarding guides, case studies, and other enablement materials for startups and partners.
  • Own KPIs related to lead generation, community growth, event outcomes, and pipeline contribution, and use data to improve programs.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and solutions architecture to bring community insights into go-to-market and product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, such as accelerators, AI/cloud startups, or developer/founder communities.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships within the global AI and startup ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and executing high-impact community programs, events, or partner initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/startups landscape and the needs of developers and founders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience influencing partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or developer tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • A genuine passion for AI, cloud computing, and supporting startup founders.
  • Preferred: an established network in the global AI and startup ecosystem, including accelerators, investors, developer communities, and founder networks.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience planning and delivering meetups, workshops, hackathons, and summits.
  • Preferred: experience in technology partnerships, developer advocacy, or customer enablement for cloud or AI/ML solutions.
  • Preferred: a proven track record of driving results through community engagement and partner collaboration.
