Description

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the engagement.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts, workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design solution architectures that fit their needs.
  • Design and document infrastructure-as-code solutions, technical documentation, and how-to guides with support engineers and technical writers.
  • Help customers optimize pipeline performance and scalability for efficient cloud resource utilization.
  • Serve as a single point of expertise for customer scenarios across product, technical support, and marketing teams.
  • Support marketing efforts at events such as hackathons, conferences, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system/network engineer, developer, or in a similar cloud-focused technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools, preferably Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and writing code in Python.
  • Solid understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads.
  • Knowledge of GPU software stack components, including drivers and libraries such as CUDA and OpenCL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in German or French is preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with HPC or ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the cloud ML tools landscape from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and Google is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the country of application and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility.
