Description

  • Lead diagnosis and resolution of advanced technical issues across Linux, networking, security, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Investigate and resolve storage-related issues, including performance optimization and data storage architecture challenges.
  • Apply machine learning knowledge to support model deployment, performance tuning, and ML pipeline integrations.
  • Design and develop Python and Bash automation scripts to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide clear customer communication with timely updates, root cause analysis, and resolution details.
  • Escalate unresolved issues proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce service disruptions and improve processes.
  • Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior support colleagues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify patterns, propose enhancements, and improve systems and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical support.
  • 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience.
  • Expert-level Linux administration.
  • Advanced networking knowledge.
  • Advanced Kubernetes knowledge.
  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Advanced Python and Bash scripting skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of machine learning training, inference, and pipelines.
  • Advanced data storage concepts knowledge.
  • Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux administration, or Kubernetes are highly desirable.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules.
  • Remote work from the United States is permitted.
