Description

  • Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including setting up systems and hardware for new employees.
  • Provide ongoing IT support to employees across the organization, including bank access and remote assistance.
  • Configure, maintain, and support internal applications and software-as-a-service platforms.
  • Manage the help desk and improve support workflows using best practices.
  • Monitor employee devices for antivirus coverage, operating system updates, and suspicious activity.
  • Set up and administer firewalls, security rules, and remote access solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac incidents and provide clear instructions to users in English and Spanish.
  • Document IT policies, processes, and support procedures for the organization.
  • Communicate IT issues, priorities, and roadblocks clearly to stakeholders and coordinate project delivery.
  • Write scripts and automate IT processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a sole IT contributor or on an IT team.
  • Experience managing cloud-based antivirus and application tools.
  • Ability to identify, implement, and deliver IT initiatives and projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a geographically distributed, cross-functional environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferred experience in startups.
  • Preferred PowerShell or other scripting experience.
  • Preferred experience with MSPs, RMM tools, MDM systems, or similar technologies.
  • Preferred knowledge of Apple device support, Linux environments, inventory management, Bitdefender/Kaspersky, or NinjaOne/Microsoft Intune.
