Description

  • Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the location, including promotions, transfers, international moves, and terminations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for HR operations issues and resolve them with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding for office and data center personnel and build scalable programs as headcount grows.
  • Support onboarding for new HR Ops team members by providing tools, context, and process knowledge.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Immigration, Legal, and other stakeholders as a peer team member.
  • Lead complex or high-visibility HR Ops projects in partnership with the Head of Country HR Operations.
  • Define, document, and continuously improve team standards, playbooks, and best practices for global use.
  • Own data quality, governance, and integrity in HiBob for the location.
  • Lead the automation and AI agenda for the location and contribute to team-wide efforts to reduce manual work.
  • Act as the operational subject matter expert for new system implementations or module rollouts.
  • Ensure employee files, records, policies, process guides, and documentation remain complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Own HR Ops for data center employees, including site-specific onboarding, training compliance tracking, and shift-based workforce considerations.
  • Collaborate with EHS to support site-level compliance requirements and maintain accurate safety and incident records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience.
  • At least 2 years operating at a senior level with full location ownership.
  • Deep proficiency with HiBob or an equivalent HRIS platform.
  • Experience managing multi-country or cross-jurisdictional HR operations and compliance.
  • Experience working in or alongside data center, manufacturing, or other mission-critical physical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record of implementing automation and process improvements across the HR Ops lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify risks and drive decisions.
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, or legally complex situations.
  • Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Experience with EHS requirements and their intersection with HR Ops, including training compliance and incident documentation (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety standards (strong plus).
  • Experience supporting HR Ops in shift-based or 24/7 operational environments (strong plus).
  • Experience navigating union relations, works council obligations, or mandatory information and consultation processes (strong plus).
  • Additional language capability relevant to the location (strong plus).
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
