Description

  • Own the ecosystem map for one or more platform layers, including identifying key players, their offerings, and platform gaps.
  • Define and prioritize which companies to engage, with a clear thesis for each target.
  • Translate external market signals into build, buy, or partner recommendations for product and executive leadership.
  • Lead outbound engagement with founders, operators, and investors across the ecosystem.
  • Build peer-level relationships with AI startup founders and identify partnership, integration, and M&A targets early.
  • Prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius stack and validate how solutions work on the platform.
  • Define the technical narrative and reference architecture for each partnership.
  • Produce working proof-of-concepts that can seed product development.
  • Work with ISV partners, SI teams, and field teams to scale adoption and drive revenue once solutions are ready.
  • Bring outside-in insights into platform planning and help leadership decide where to invest.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across product strategy, business development, and ecosystem or partnership development in AI or infrastructure.
  • Deep technical fluency in at least one platform layer domain.
  • Strong relationships in the AI founder and VC community.
  • Experience as a founder, early operator, or investor in AI or infrastructure.
  • Comfort being hands-on with prototyping, architecture scoping, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build without a playbook and create process from scratch.
  • Founded or served as an early operator at a company in one of the platform layer domains (preferred).
  • Experience as an EIR or investing partner at a top-tier AI-focused VC fund (preferred).
  • Experience building an ecosystem or platform partnership function from scratch at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company (preferred).
  • Experience structuring and closing technology partnerships through LOI or acquisition (preferred).
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA's software stack, inference tooling, or agent development frameworks (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
