Description

  • Provide remote and onsite consulting, training, and implementation guidance on NISC’s AI Assistant and agentic workflows.
  • Assess Member readiness and prioritize AI use cases based on value, effort, and risk.
  • Advise on AI workflow design, prompts, review processes, phased rollouts, and human oversight.
  • Develop role-based training, workshops, prompt guides, videos, playbooks, and other learning content.
  • Build and support Member AI champions programs.
  • Define success metrics, establish baselines, track adoption, and recommend actions when adoption stalls.
  • Coordinate with Security and Compliance on data handling and acceptable use guidelines.
  • Serve as a change manager, address resistance, and communicate AI capabilities and limitations.
  • Share Member feedback with Product and Support, publish updates, and present at events and webinars.
  • Test emerging AI capabilities and travel as needed for Member engagements and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of related experience in customer-facing consulting, training, business analysis, or solutions roles preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, including writing prompts and evaluating output quality.
  • Understanding of current AI capabilities, limitations, accuracy risks, and human-review requirements.
  • Experience with agentic or workflow automation tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Utility and Broadband industries or NISC products and Member workflows preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI data privacy and acceptable-use practices.
  • Advanced presentation, facilitation, training, and change-management skills.
  • Strong communication, research, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and expectation-management skills.
  • Ability to assess risk and coordinate with Security or Compliance when appropriate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience; ability to travel as needed.
