Description

  • Define and own the Data & AI product strategy and roadmap for the S&M + GM pod in partnership with business leaders.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Query datasets, review schemas, and validate assumptions through hands-on analysis.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery using interviews, workflow mapping, data assessments, and ROI modeling.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Design and run experiments to validate product performance and measure causal impact.
  • Partner with data and AI/ML engineering teams to deliver scalable products and capabilities.
  • Guide the development of robust data pipelines and unified data models.
  • Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including feature definition, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
  • Define AI product patterns such as agentic workflows and RAG, and establish evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered features.
  • Ensure data products meet regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Launch products with enablement activities, drive adoption, and quantify business impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building data products, AI/ML systems, or related platforms.
  • Domain fluency in Sales, Marketing, Field Medical, and/or related commercial or go-to-market functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and medical affairs funnels and their related opportunity landscape.
  • Familiarity with domain-relevant tools such as Salesforce and associated data.
  • Strong technical acumen, including querying data, working in notebooks for EDA and experimentation, and modeling datasets.
  • ML/MLOps literacy, including evaluation metrics, experimentation, feature stores, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI products, including prompting, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, AWS/SageMaker, Airflow, or Dagster.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or fintech.
  • Advanced degree in a technical and/or business discipline preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, and/or digital health preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data domains and systems preferred.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, platform selection, or external AI tooling ecosystems preferred.
