Description

  • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through execution, including roadmap, feature definition, and delivery.
  • Define and review system architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy options, assess market solutions, and contribute to product vision and go-to-market alignment.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with AI, data, and cloud teams to build innovative, data-driven products and accelerators.
  • Drive process improvements and apply a structured yet flexible approach to product and engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product roles.
  • Proven experience in system design, solution architecture, and scalable application development.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, backend systems, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience in product-driven or consulting environments, including enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions and drive execution.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
  • Preferred: Background transitioning from development to architecture to product or consulting roles.
