Description

  • Define and own the Data & AI product strategy and roadmap for the Patient Experience and Commercial Operations pod.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Perform hands-on data analysis by querying datasets, reviewing schemas, and validating assumptions.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery through interviews, workflow mapping, data assessments, and ROI modeling.
  • Define product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Design and run experiments to validate product performance and measure causal impact.
  • Partner with data and AI/ML engineering teams to deliver scalable products and capabilities.
  • Guide the development of robust data pipelines and unified data models.
  • Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including feature definition, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
  • Establish observability, governance, and documentation standards for data and AI products.
  • Launch products with enablement and change management support to drive adoption in workflows.
  • Monitor usage, performance, and business outcomes, and communicate impact to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building data products, AI/ML systems, or related platforms.
  • Demonstrated domain fluency in Patient Experience and Commercial Operations.
  • Strong understanding of patient journeys, support channels, and operational workflows that drive conversion and test completion.
  • Familiarity with patient portals, support platforms, and associated data.
  • Strong technical acumen, including querying data, working in notebooks for EDA and experimentation, and modeling datasets.
  • ML/MLOps literacy, including evaluation metrics, experimentation, feature stores, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI products, including prompting, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, AWS/SageMaker, and Airflow/Dagster.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or fintech.
  • Advanced degree in a technical and/or business discipline preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, and/or digital health preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data domains and systems, including patient, provider, payer, claims, billing, and clinical trial data preferred.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, platform selection, or external AI tooling ecosystems preferred.
