Description

  • Own the lifecycle planning and overall success of GU cancer programs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive usage, awareness, and advocacy across key stakeholders.
  • Expand Signatera access across GU tumors by prioritizing indications, owning evidence roadmaps, closing evidence gaps, and supporting coverage submissions.
  • Establish tumor-specific goals for the lifecycle team and partner functions.
  • Serve as a key member of clinical and medical teams to define priorities and address evidence gaps.
  • Track performance against GU commercial and medical goals and implement risk mitigation strategies with Marketing.
  • Contribute to commercial subteams by escalating and addressing barriers to adoption.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the GU cancer space through customer insights, publications, data, and market intelligence.
  • Shape the value proposition for Natera’s oncology products in partnership with Medical Affairs and Commercial Marketing.
  • Present strategic plans and progress regularly to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA or PhD.
  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing or market analytics at a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • GU oncology market experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous KOL management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers.
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strategic agility with an enterprise mindset and executive presence.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across internal and external partners.
  • Strong customer orientation with experience building thought leader relationships.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for advisory boards, congresses, sales and marketing meetings, and customer meetings.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States with availability during Pacific Time hours.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
