Description

  • Own technical execution across Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, and Illuminate.
  • Translate business requirements into phased technical delivery plans.
  • Manage sandbox strategy, tenant lifecycle, and biannual release readiness.
  • Configure HCM and Recruiting modules, including reports, calculated fields, validations, and business process frameworks.
  • Design and build lightweight custom applications using Workday Extend.
  • Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and RaaS.
  • Integrate Workday with ERP systems, identity providers, benefits carriers, and other third-party systems.
  • Implement and manage Prism Analytics datasets and dashboards.
  • Enable Workday Illuminate capabilities and intelligent workflows.
  • Own Workday security architecture, governance standards, and least-privilege access models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
  • Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Integrations, Security, and Prism.
  • Strong experience building Workday integrations with EIB, Studio, and APIs.
  • Deep expertise in security configuration, business process framework design, and reporting.
  • Experience with Prism Analytics.
  • Exposure to Workday Extend.
  • High documentation skills and a solid understanding of ITGC controls and change management policies.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex platform initiatives end to end.
  • Preferred: exposure to Workday Illuminate and AI features.
  • Preferred: experience with Workday ecosystem add-ons such as Paradox, Sana, or other governance/reporting tools.
  • Preferred: experience in biotech, healthcare, or other large-scale companies.
