Description

  • Promote and sell Natera’s organ health products, including Renasight and Prospera, within the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth and market development in nephrology and transplant markets.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals through territory management, client relationship building, and sales strategy execution.
  • Develop and execute local business plans tailored to territory needs and sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
  • Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology, services, and product offerings.
  • Support product adoption, product launches, and market expansion efforts.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and technical credibility in customer-facing interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in diagnostics or lab-developed tests.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Existing relationships with key opinion leaders in nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the assigned territory.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with diverse teams on strategic plans.
  • Hunter mentality with experience growing and managing a territory.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, competitive environments with initiative and self-motivation.
