Description

  • Collaborate with supervisors, leadership, and team members to identify training gaps for new hires and existing employees.
  • Design, implement, and deliver onboarding, policy update, and role-specific training programs.
  • Use e-learning, workshops, one-on-one coaching, simulations, and live or recorded calls to train team members.
  • Track training completion, monitor quality and compliance, and ensure programs meet organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training documentation, reports, and training manuals.
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback surveys, performance data, and reviews.
  • Provide quality reviews of verbal and written communications and deliver feedback to improve accuracy and professionalism.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional departments to align training with patient success strategies and business goals.
  • Resolve training issues and tailor programs to address individual and team development needs.
  • Stay current on training trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the training strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading training programs.
  • Experience designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Experience with traditional and modern training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong writing and record-keeping skills for reports and training manuals.
  • Good computer and database skills.
  • Background in medical billing preferred.
  • Experience training inside sales or call-center sales teams with high daily call volumes.
  • Experience coaching in a metrics-driven environment, including conversion rate, talk time, adherence, close rate, and revenue per call.
  • Experience with new-hire ramp or remediation training to meet productivity targets within a defined timeframe.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends when necessary.
