Description

  • Develop a comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Support the creation and delivery of product, corporate, and technical training.
  • Organize and align resources across teams and departments to develop and maintain training regimens.
  • Assess the needs of individuals, teams, and the organization to identify skill, knowledge, and performance gaps.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships across multiple job families and functions to support their training needs.
  • Develop, monitor, maintain, and communicate the effectiveness of training efforts to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Research industry trends, applications, and best practices to maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to engage attendees and collaborators in training activities.
  • Create and maintain client-facing in-app videos to support self-service options.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience creating training and development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Learning Management System.
  • Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience creating video-based training.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira (preferred).
  • Experience with Thinkific (preferred).
  • Experience with AI video tooling or AI video generation (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
