Description

  • Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Signatera product line.
  • Define and deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through obsolescence.
  • Oversee product performance and support across R&D, engineering, commercial, clinical, operations, regulatory, and business development teams.
  • Develop performance metrics, analyze data, and implement product improvement strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities, create business cases, and build financial models for product initiatives.
  • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features and improve satisfaction.
  • Define product positioning, launch plans, pricing, and marketing collateral with marketing teams.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to align stakeholders and secure support for strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and roadmap updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, or engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with high-complexity molecular testing laboratories and tumor tissue sequencing is desirable.
  • Expertise in the life sciences industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
  • Strong technology, product development, analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Experience with financial and economic modeling, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading scientific or technical R&D projects is encouraged.
