Description

  • Own lifecycle planning and product launch execution for a hematologic malignancy diagnostics portfolio, including lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
  • Lead a cross-functional MM/CLL lifecycle team accountable for tumor goals and resource deployment.
  • Establish tumor-specific goals across the lifecycle team and partner functions.
  • Help define and prioritize clinical and medical indications while identifying and addressing evidence gaps.
  • Work with commercial subteams to remove barriers limiting adoption and maximize commercial potential.
  • Maintain expertise in hematologic oncology by integrating customer insights, publications, data presentations, and market and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead market access efforts, including reimbursement dossier development for Medicare/MolDx and commercial payers.
  • Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies with marketing and medical teams to build relationships and advocacy.
  • Shape oncology product value propositions in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Commercial Marketing.
  • Co-lead advisory boards and market research efforts with Medical Affairs.
  • Present strategic plans and business progress to executive leadership on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA or PhD.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or market analytics at a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Hematologic oncology experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous KOL management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers.
  • Approximately 25% travel required for advisory boards, congresses, sales and marketing meetings, and customer meetings.
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence others.
  • Strong strategic agility, executive presence, and enterprise mindset.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to establish thought leader relationships.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific topics clearly and simply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Base salary range of $133,600 to $167,000 USD for Remote USA, with a compensation range of $149,600 to $187,000 USD listed for the role.
