Description

  • Develop and execute ASO and Apple Search Ads strategies across the App Store and Google Play.
  • Optimize app store metadata, including titles, subtitles, keywords, descriptions, and promotional text.
  • Plan, launch, and scale Apple Search Ads campaigns across Discovery, Search, Today, and Products placements.
  • Drive Google Play growth through metadata optimization, creative testing, and store listing experiments.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping for both app stores.
  • Run A/B tests on store assets such as icons, screenshots, preview videos, and feature graphics.
  • Improve conversion metrics including CVR, CTR, and TTR through ongoing experimentation.
  • Monitor and improve organic rankings, category rankings, featured placements, ratings, and reviews.
  • Track and analyze performance KPIs such as impressions, installs, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, creative, and analytics teams to improve performance and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ASO experience and 3+ years of hands-on Apple Search Ads campaign management.
  • Proven track record of measurable growth results, including install growth, ranking improvements, CPI/CPA reduction, or ROAS improvement.
  • Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors and algorithm differences.
  • Experience with keyword research, search intent, metadata optimization, creative optimization, and store listing CRO.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads bidding strategies, keyword match types, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with ASO/ASA tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, Asodesk, SearchAdsHQ, MobileAction, or similar.
  • Experience with mobile analytics and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Firebase.
  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using Claude or AI agents to improve productivity and automate workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Nice to have: experience scaling apps in international or multi-geo markets and localizing store listings.
  • Nice to have: experience with iOS and Android product page experiments at scale.
  • Nice to have: background in performance marketing or growth analytics.
  • Nice to have: experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or other competitive verticals.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with SKAdNetwork, AEM, and post-ATT measurement.
  • Nice to have: experience building custom AI workflows or agent-based automations for marketing tasks.
