Description

  • Write and maintain user manuals, API guides, release notes, online help, and FAQs.
  • Apply company style guidelines to ensure consistent documentation.
  • Review and update documentation for errors, feature changes, and product improvements.
  • Use customer support feedback to identify and clarify confusing content.
  • Track page views and user ratings to measure documentation effectiveness.
  • Test the software directly to verify the accuracy of documented procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on documentation decisions and customer guidance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience turning complex processes into clear documentation.
  • Understanding of user experience principles for intuitive article layout.
  • Experience working in fast-paced software development cycles and sprint environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python for documenting APIs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and demonstrate curiosity about identity security.
  • Strong judgment, ownership, integrity, and bias for action.
  • Experience in security, identity, or B2B SaaS environments preferred.
