Description

  • Lead the creation and operational rollout of the EveryWatch Partnership Program.
  • Coordinate platform development and cross-functional workflows with Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with auction houses, watch dealers, and private sellers to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for partners and sellers, ensuring clear communication, organisation, and high user satisfaction.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and sale estimates.
  • Provide ongoing account management for VIP sellers and partners.
  • Support market research and partner analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance program value.
  • Act as the bridge between internal operations and external collaborators to resolve issues and scale processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management, partnerships, or account management, preferably in technology, marketplace, or luxury environments.
  • Experience managing or working closely with high net worth individuals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; excellent spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of high-end watches and appreciation for craftsmanship, brand heritage, and the luxury market landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment.
  • Technical familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong relationship-building finesse.
  • Experience with market research and partner analytics (preferred).
