Description

  • Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for improving the brand experience.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-organization initiatives and secure alignment across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Define product strategy using market, user, and data insights in partnership with Strategy and Brand Account Management.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes tied to key business metrics such as net sales, market share, NPS, and expansion targets.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to define measurement frameworks for product performance.
  • Communicate and align with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Revenue, and Compliance.
  • Interview brand customers to gather qualitative feedback and insights.
  • Shape scalable platform and system designs that impact retailer and internal product offerings.
  • Coach and mentor other product managers on AI adoption, discovery, decision-making, and hypothesis-led development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience across product management, product design, or engineering, with strong business aptitude.
  • Experience leading 0-to-1 product builds, especially in e-commerce platform, ecosystem, distribution-centric, or marketplace products.
  • Strong intuition for user experience and customer journeys.
  • Ability to form hypotheses from data and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Proficiency with API-based solutions and third-party platform integrations, preferably with WMS, ERP, or track-and-trace services such as Metrc.
  • Experience managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success delivering multi-quarter projects in a technical Silicon Valley environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Asana, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience with Figma workflows and strong attention to design details.
  • Prior experience adopting AI into product workflows to accelerate discovery and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Nabis’ tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Node, and Next.js, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the cannabis industry or another regulated environment is a plus.
  • Candidates must disclose their AI tool usage throughout the interview process.
