Description

Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap planning through execution, launch, and iteration.
Develop a deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, goals, and context.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX to create intuitive, performant, and impactful product experiences.
Prioritize work effectively by balancing long-term vision with immediate value delivery.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Use AI tools in day-to-day work and help design AI-native features that improve user workflows and differentiation.
Define, track, and improve product and business KPIs to measure impact.
Maintain high standards for quality, curiosity, and integrity in product development.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Track record of shipping high-quality software that solves real user problems.
Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, spec writing, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch iteration.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions under constraints.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work; experience building AI-powered features is a plus, not required.
Experience working in vertical SaaS, workflow automation, or data-rich tools is a plus.
Prior product management experience in a scaling startup environment is a plus.
Familiarity with LLMs, data-powered product features, or complex user roles/personas is a plus.
Ability to prototype in tools like Figma, Make, or other low-code platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated mentorship or product leadership experience is a plus.
Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.

Base salary range of $175,000-$215,000.
