Description

  • Own the product vision and long-term strategy for a core area of the commerce platform.
  • Synthesize client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback into product themes and prioritization inputs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align client needs with business objectives.
  • Own roadmap prioritization, including scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
  • Use AI tools to prototype and validate concepts such as user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity mocks before engineering investment.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, including PRDs, prioritization, testing, QA, change management, and adoption.
  • Use AI to accelerate product documentation such as PRDs, one-pagers, and release notes while maintaining quality and clarity.
  • Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and support release cycle management.
  • Champion client needs by triaging requests quickly and building trusted relationships.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment across the organization to secure buy-in on product goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry with a complex enterprise-level product.
  • Experience as a Product Manager on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
  • Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle, including defining goals, measuring results, and quantifying business impact.
  • Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, especially unifying multiple platforms.
  • Experience supporting team-based projects and working effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs.
  • Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering investment.
  • Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows such as PRDs, release notes, and one-pagers.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted data exploration and analysis, including natural language querying, chart interpretation, and anomaly identification.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Base salary range of $120,000-$195,000 per year.
  • 10% discretionary annual bonus for non-sales roles.
