Description

  • Monitor mandatory training completion in the LMS and build new development content as needs arise.
  • Improve new hire orientation for both on-site and remote employees.
  • Partner with the Operations team on role-specific training, interview training, and manager skill-building.
  • Align training programs with performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement through existing programs and new gamification initiatives.
  • Own cross-functional People projects, including scoping, task assignment in Asana, and execution to completion.
  • Communicate People initiatives and progress company-wide through Slack and email.
  • Standardize the onboarding experience across hourly, salaried, on-site, and remote employees.
  • Coordinate offboarding by removing system access, collecting company assets, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Use data to track progress, report on outcomes, and inform People decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-moving company supporting both hourly and salaried workforces.
  • Comfort navigating ATS and LMS platforms without hand-holding.
  • Ability to pull reports, build workflows, and identify data issues in HR systems.
  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Clear, direct written communication for company-wide updates, decks, and manager communications.
  • Genuine interest in candidate experience, employee development, and operational excellence.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track metrics, report regularly, and use data to advocate for resources.
  • Must be based in one of the eligible states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
